ANAPLANS can access reports and collection information on the ANAPLANS Server.

Main Summary
This report displays a snapshot of the client’s A/R Balance; Purchases to date for the month and available reserves.

Client Summary
This section of the report displays information for the time frame requested on the overall balances of the client.

A/R Balance -the face value of open accounts receivable
Eligible A/R-Credit insured receivables less than 90 days
Advanced Balance -the amount of funds employed (the total amount advanced to the client)
Cash Reserves -the amount due to the client for reserves withheld from advances on paid invoices
Purchase Orders Financed -Lists the individual amounts of PO’s
Total Funds Employed -the amount of funds employed (the total amount advanced to the client)
Charge Backs – Amount of invoices short paid
Give Backs –Non-factored cash receipts due back to the client.
Ending A/R Balance -the face value of open invoices

The Aging Report
The Aging Report is a useful tool for ANAPLANS to use to review the portfolio. ANAPLANS should monitor this report no less than weekly and with each and every funding for a client.

This report is generated on a client basis.

  • Concentrations
  • Aging Categories
  • Cross-Aging, and
  • Potential aging problems – ANAPLANS should review all collection notes posted to the online system to determine if a problem exists on any aged account.

Collection Calls Report
The Collection Calls Report should be updated at the time of any calls with customers regarding payment.

  • The date of the collection activity
  • The User (The collector)
  • The Contact (at the customer)
  • The Method of contact (phone, fax, email)
  • Action (what happened during the call? CB=call back, WP = will pay)
  • When – When did the customer promise to pay or when should the collector call back
  • Response/Notes
  • Invoices

ANAPLANS should periodically review this report to see what the collection status is on any past due invoice.
